Definitive Seating Guide for Etihad Stadium

Etihad Stadium is the official home ground for five AFL teams – Essendon, Carlton, Western Bulldogs, North Melbourne and St Kilda. The venue was purpose built to replace Waverley Park and is recognised as one of the best stadiums of its kind in the world. Located in the Docklands area of Melbourne, it is one of two international stadia in the city, with the MCG just a few kilometres away.

About Etihad Stadium

Etihad Stadium opened in March 2000 and has been host to many large events, including sports, concerts and more. It features a retractable roof, which makes it an ideal all-weather venue for a wide variety of events. The roof takes eight minutes to either open or close and its height above playing surface has provided photographers with the perfect spot to capture some unique viewpoints of AFL games over the years.
